I-Ping Fu Recognized for Teaching Excellence
Dr. I-Ping Fu was recently recognized for her excellence in teaching at an award ceremony hosted by the government of Taiwan. The ceremony recognized educators from Maryland, New York and the District of Columbia area and was held on September 28 which is the official Teacher's Day in Taiwan. Dr. Fu is a Professor of Chinese and the Chair of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures and is one of only ten faculty members from Maryland, New York and the DC area honored for their outstanding work as teachers of Chinese. Congratulations to Dr. Fu for this prestigious award!
