Dr. David Salee, ATC, CSCS, SHES, CMT

Dr. Sallee received his doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction/Health Promotion from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He received his Master of Science degree in Physical Education from Radford University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Old Dominion University. Dr Sallee holds certifications in Athletic Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Massage Therapy. Dr Sallee has served as the President of the Virginian Association for Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance. He has also served in many other leadership capacities for VAHPERD including Journal Editor. Dr. Sallee research focus is Youth Risk Behavior. He serves as a consultant for many local and regional communities for the analysis of youth risk behavior survey data. He has presented at the local, state, and national level on this topic.
