These Bylaws may be suspended or amended in whole or in part at any meeting of the Board of Visitors. Notice of a proposed amendment of the Bylaws shall be given at least thirty days in advance of the meeting at which it will be considered.

Unless otherwise specified by these Bylaws, all Board and committee meetings, actions, and rulings will be guided by the most current edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (most recent edition)
