University Services Center The University Services Center was built in 1994 across the railroad and near the Dedmon Center on land donated by the Norfolk and Southern Railroad. The facility includes offices, garages, a warehouse and storage space for the Facilities Management division. This building also houses Materiel Management and Contracts and the Accounts Payable office.
