Named for Dr. M'Ledge Moffett, the first Dean of Women at Radford, Moffett Hall was completed in 1963 and now houses some 360 students in its two wings. It commands the mall which is called the Moffett Quadrangle sided by Pocohontas, Draper, Ingles, and Bolling residence halls. The Student Health Center is operated on the ground level of this building. Moffett Hall is a smoke-free living environment.
