Martin Hall Martin Hall, named for Dr. Charles K. Martin, president of Radford University from 1952-72, was constructed in 1995 as an extension of the Preston Hall administrative wing. Administrative offices for the President, the Vice Presidents, and the Board of Visitors are on the upper floor. On the second floor are offices for Admissions and Financial Aid, and on the ground floor are offices for the Registrar.
