Dalton Hall Dalton Hall, a student services building completed in the summer of 1991, was named in honor of the late Gov. John Dalton and his father, the late U.S. District Judge Ted Dalton. The facility includes a student cafeteria, the "Terrace Shops" and administrative offices for Catering and Dining Services. It also houses a U.S. Post Office, the RU Bookstore, and an ATM machine.
