“Both Stephen and Mark are exemplary leaders and wonderful advocates for Radford University,” said RU President Penelope W. Kyle. “I look forward to working closely with them in the months ahead.”

The Radford University Board of Visitors is comprised of 15 members appointed by the Governor of Virginia to serve four-year terms. The board also yearly selects a faculty member and a student to serve as non-voting, advisory members.

The board meets in regular session four times each year. The third meeting of each calendar year is considered the first meeting of the year and is designated as the annual meeting of the board.
