RADFORD -- Homecoming 2009 events kicked off Tuesday night with the ThinkFast Game Show in the Bonnie and conclude Saturday night with the Big South Conference regular season champion RU men’s basketball team playing Liberty. The game will be followed by a post-game dinner and party at 8 p.m. Saturday in the alumni heated tent at the Dedmon Center. The post-game celebration is $20 per person or $15 with a student I.D. (RU Express will be accepted at tent activities; online registration deadline is Thursday.) Live music will be provided by Ministers of Soul.

* Alumni Women's and Men's Basketball Games (Friday, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., Dedmon Center)

* Alumni and Friends Texas Hold-em Tournament (Friday, 8 p.m., Dedmon Center heated alumni tent)

* Presidential Brunch (Saturday, 9:30 a.m., Covington Center)

* Alumni Lunch (Saturday, 1 p.m., Dedmon Center heated alumni tent)

* RU Women's Basketball vs. Presbyterian (Saturday, 2 p.m., Dedmon Center)
