As a Freshman (2003-04) -Earned Junior All-American honors...Advanced to 2004 NCAA Regional Championships...Qualifier in the IC4A in both the shot put and the weight throw...Holds five RU records in the weight throw (57'05.00"), shot put (47'05.75" indoor), (47'06.50"), discus (136'07.00"), and the hammer throw (136'07.00")...Placed 2nd at BSC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw...Earned All-Conference honors in the hammer throw. High School/Club -Top thrower in the state of Virginia...Finished fourth in the country in shot put during the indoor season...Three-time indoor and outdoor district and regional champion...finished second (indoor) in the state as a junior. |
