As a Junior (2003-04) - Finished fourteenth in the high jump with a 5'09.25"...ran the 800 and the 1500 in the times of 2:00.12 and 4:21.08 respectively at the 49ers Classic...at the same meet he jumped a distance of 18'10.50" in the long jump...placed second (10:50.04) in the 3000 meter steeple chase and twelfth (2:09.55) in the 800 at the annual Radford Quad.

X/C 2003 - Finished 41st at the Big South Cross Country Championships with a time of (21:15.32)...Grabbed a 30th place finish at the Winthrop Fall Classic with a time of (21:27.81)...Ran a time of (22:42.50) to finish as one of the top five Highlanders at the Maymount Invitational

High School/Club - During her senior year she made the All-State Team and gannered District and Region Champ in Cross Country...She also claimed Region Champ in the 800 meter run...Her Junior year she placed 12th in the State and garnered District and Region Champ in Cross Country...Also earned Region Champ in the 1 mile...Her sophomore year she was Distric Champ and third in the region in Cross Country.
