As a Freshman (2003-04) - Placed ninth jumping a distance of 21'06.00" in the long jump at the Big South Indoor Championship...finished 8th in the long jump at the Big South Outdoor Championship...Garnered a victory in the long jump with a distance of 22'10.50' at the annual RU Quad...Finished fourth (1:09.39) and eighth (6.60 m) in the 500 meter dash and the long jump respectively at the Keydet Open.

High School - Commonwealth district champion in the long jump and the 500 as a senior...Northwest Regional champion in the 400...first team central Virginia in 2002...49 second quarter-mile.
