BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Radford women's tennis team lost at Birmingham Southern Saturday afternoon, falling 7-0 to the Panters.

Birmingham Southern swept the doubles matches, 8-2, 8-5, 8-5

Ashton Downs posted the closest singles match on the afternoon falling to Birmingham-Southern's Casey Ragsdale 6-4 in the first match and 6-1 in the second.

The Highlanders take on Jacksonville State Feb. 27 in Jacksonville, Ala. at 9 a.m.
