BLACKSBURG, Va. - Radford’s women’s tennis team was defeated by East Tennessee State University, 5-2 at Virginia Tech’s Burrows/Burleson Tennis Center. The Highlanders fall to 0-3 on the season.

Diane Duarte and Laura Dickinson picked up a pair of wins for the Highlanders. Duarte defeated Aimee Villavencio, 6-3, 6-4 in the #5 singles, while Dickinson defeated Jewel Aldea, 6-7, 6-2, 6-1 in #6 singles.

The Highlanders return to the courts on Feb. 15 when they host Cleveland State at 1 p.m.
