RU Finishes 11th At Shamrock Invitational

TEGA CAY, S.C.--Radford women's golf finished 11th overall at the three-day Shamrock Invitational held at Tega Cay Golf Club last weekend.

Dana Doganes finished tied for 14th with a 246 (83-80-83). Laura Terebey finished second for RU, tying for 20th overall. She shot a 249 (86-83-80).

Meredith Roberts and Stacy Brewer both finished tied for 55th with a 263. Brewer shot a 93-87-83 over the three days, while Roberts had a 89-88-86. Keri Reilley rounded out the Radford finishers, shooting a 270 (91-88-91) to finish tied for 63rd.

Coastal Carolina finished tied for first with East Tennessee State with a 977. High Point (Seventh place-1008), Charleston Southern (Ninth place-1014) and Winthrop (10th place-1016) were the other Big South teams involved in the event.
