Terebey Named Top Big South Golfer This Week

Charlotte, N.C - Junior women's golfer Laura Terebey (Greensboro, Md.) was named Big South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week by the league.

Terebey led the Highlanders at the Wachovia-Great Smokies Women’s Intercollegiate in Waynesville, N.C. She was tied for second place with a one over par 145 for 36 holes in one of the largest women’s collegiate golf tournament in the country (24 teams, 124 golfers).

As a team the Highlanders placed 14 out of 24 teams with a 635 team total.
