Hanners, Cox Earn Conference Honors

RADFORD, Va.-- Radford freshman Josie Hanners (Richmond, Va.) was named Freshman All-Conference and junior Divona Cox (Virginia Beach, Va.) was selected to the Academic All-Conference Team the Big South announced.

Hanners served as the team’s starting setter for the entire season. She tallied 755 assists to lead the team. She ranked second in digs with 175 and third in service aces.

Cox, one of RU’s most consistent players this season, lead the team in kills with 223, hitting percentage at .253 and total blocks with 77.

Radford finished the season at 3-25 overall, 0-14 in the Big South Conference.
