Radford, Va. -- Radford’s men’s tennis team swept a pair of tennis matches this afternoon at the Dedmon Center Tennis Courts. The Highlanders defeated St. Bonaventure and North Carolina A&T by 6-1 scores. Radford improves to 8-10 overall.
The Highlanders swept the doubles point in both matches. No. 1 Brandon Johnson, No. 2 Joakim Arhammar, No. 3 Andre’ Cavaco and No. 4 Arthur Vasarevic finished 2-0 on the day, while Robel Mengisteab and Dominic Soeur each went 1-1.
The Highlanders return to the courts tomorrow when they host James Madison and Virginia Intermont at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
