Rock Hill, S.C. -- Radford's men's and women's tennis were defeated by Winthrop Saturday afternoon.
The 75th ranked men's team downed Radford 6-1 improving their record to 8-2 overall and 4-0 in Big South play, while the Highlanders fall to 7-8 overall and 0-2 in the conference. The 63rd ranked women's team remained undefeated with a overall record of 10-0 and 4-0 in the conference with their 7-0 win over Radford. The Highlanders drop to 0- 6 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
The next matches for both teams will be at home on Tuesday, March 25, against Liberty beginning at 2 p.m.
