Men's Golf Finishes 15th At GWU Invitational

ISSUE, Md. - The Radford University Men’s Golf Team finished in 15th place at the George Washington Invitational. The Highlanders posted a two-day total of 636. (Complete Results)

Aaron Summers fired a 150 to tie for 14th overall and lead RU. Chris Gentile (81-72-153) finished tied for 28th while Chris Bagg (87-76-163) finished third for Radford, placing tied for 76th overall. Mitch Chandler (84-86-170) was tied for 100th overall as RU's fourth finisher. Webb Donald had to withdraw after the first day and did not finish.

Host GWU won the 24-team event with a team score of 596. High Point (300-315-615/T-6th Place) was the only other Big South team that competed in the tournament.
