Undergraduate Curriculum and Catalog Review Committee (UGCCRC)
Deadlines for 2007-2008 Academic Year (For Production of the 2008-2009 Undergraduate Catalog)
Spring 2007-October 2007	Curriculum proposals initiated by departments and submitted to College Curriculum Committees.
Late September 2007	Proposals for changes to General Education due to the General Education Curriculum Advisory Committee.
November 9, 2007	Last day for College Curriculum Committee to submit proposals to the UGCCRC for inclusion in the 2008-2009 catalog.  Note: Proposals submitted after this deadline may not be approved in time for the upcoming catalog, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone in a reasonable time frame.
Early December 2007	The last of the proposals submitted by November 9th and reviewed by the UGCCRC are forwarded to the Provost for approval.
Mid-January 2008	Catalog draft sent to deans, associate deans, and advising coordinators for review.
Late January 2008	Catalog revisions sent to the Registrar’s Office.
Mid-February 2008	Second catalog draft sent to deans, associate deans, and advising coordinators for review.
Late February 2008	Catalog revisions sent again to the Registrar’s Office.
Early March 2008	Hard copy of catalog sent to deans and associate deans for approval.
Early/Mid-March 2008	Deans return copy to the Registrar’s Office, revisions are incorporated, and final copy sent to RU Publications Office.
Mid/Late March 2008	RU Publications Office formats and edits the catalog, and then forwards the final copy to the Registrar’s Office for final review and table of contents and index numbering.
Late March 2008	RU Publications Office does final review and forwards final copy to vendor for publishing.
Early June 2008	Catalog delivery date.
