LEAD Program

LEAD is Radford University’s student leadership program. It is a comprehensive program consisting of three components: Experience, Academics, and Development. The experiential component of LEAD will challenge you to connect leadership to practice. You will reflect upon your experiences through participating in workshops and/or conferences and through experiential learning.
