Information & Event Planning Office

The Information & Event Planning Office is located on the first floor of Hurlburt Student Center and assists patrons in reserving space and equipment for the student center and all non-academic spaces on campus. For more information concerning policies and procedures, please stop by, or call 831-5420 to make a reservation between the hours of 9am-4pm, Monday through Friday.

Ticket Box Office
The Ticket Box office is located at the Information and Planning Office. Here, you can check on what's happening on campus and purchase tickets for most campus events. For more specific information concerning events, ticket sales and hours of operation, come to the office on the first floor of Hurlburt Student Center and allow the office attendants to assist you, or call 831-5420.

Lost & Found
This office is the official lost & found for the University. Please note that you should also check with individual areas where you believe you may have lost an item. Sometimes it takes a while for lost items to reach this office.

If you need general information about the university, or if you need to get in touch with someone, you can find help here. We strive to have information on all goings-on at RU. If you have a meeting or event not scheduled through our office, let us know so we can help keep everyone informed. If you need to know something, try us first. If we don't have the information you need, we probably know who does.

Information Channel (Ch. 14)
Radford University maintains a PBS satellite license for programming and special interest downlinks for students, faculty, and staff. One of these channels, the Information Channel (Ch. 14), can be accessed on campus through the campus television network.

Kiosk
This office maintains the kiosk on the Tartan Plaza. This office will place properly approved flyers and posters for events open to the whole campus inside this kiosk for the campus community to view.

Reservations
This office makes reservations for rooms in Hurlburt Student Center (The Bonnie), Bondurant Auditorium in Preston Hall, and all other non-academic space on campus, as well as Cook 104 and Cook 107 after 3pm and on weekends.

This office provides copies of the policies most pertinent to using Hurlburt Student Center.
