Clubs & Organizations
The Hurlburt Student Center serves as the communication hub for all RU's clubs and organizations. The Student Leader Resources Office is located on the second floor of Hurlburt Student Center.
Club Update: New Deadline!
In order to maintain status as a Radford University Recognized Student Club or Organization, the "Clubs and Organizations Registration Form" must be submitted to the Hurlburt "The Bonnie" Student Center, Room 235, EACH Fall semester by the deadline issued at the annual Club Fair. An updated registration form must be submitted upon election of officers as well. Clubs and organizations not registered by the deadline will lose all privileges granted to recognized groups. These privileges are outlined in the Club Leaders and Advisers Manual. Registration forms, manuals, and other sources of information can be obtained from Hurlburt "The Bonnie", Room 235.
Club Website Creation System
If your club or organization has an out of date website (or no website at all), you can quickly and easily create one by using the Club Website Creation System. By filling out an online form with your club's information, you will receive the correct website code and instructions on how to put it online using your RU web account.
Mailboxes
Every registered club or organization on campus receives a free mailbox to use throughout the year for sending and receiving mail, flyers, and general information. You can send out information to other student groups regarding your sponsored events or leave a message for a single organization. Club mailboxes are located in the Student Leader Resources Office, Hurlburt 235.
