Rates are for the 2008-09 academic
year. Most utilities are included. All apartments have dishwashers,
washers, dryers, water, heat, electricity, trash, sewer, 24 hour
emergency maintenance and local phone service. Cable TV, Ethernet and long distance
phone service not included.
