Parking will be readily available throughout campus.  There will also be shuttles running from the Best Western, La Quinta Inn, Comfort Inn, and Super 8 on Tyler Avenue in Radford on an ongoing basis beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2008.  Please follow the clearly marked signs.  Parking Services staff and the University Police will be on hand giving directions that day to guide you into the parking lots.  Here is a link to the online parking map, Parking Map.

If you have a guest with a disability you may seek parking in Lots DD, EE and A after speaking with a Parking Services staff member or University Police officer.  There will be University Ambassadors and the Disability Resource Office at a table in front of Fairfax Hall to assist you and your guest with seating in an appropriate area.  If you have questions regarding seating for guests with disabilities or other concerns, please contact the Disability Resource Office at 540.831.6350.

The show will go on, as they say, unless we have severe inclement weather.  If it is decided that Commencement events will be cancelled or changed to the indoor venue, announcements will be made on the University website, WVRU 89.9FM, most radio stations, and local television by 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.  Please see the Inclement Weather Plan, for times and locations.
