 **Schedule Adjustment
 
Students are given a second opportunity each semester to either build or adjust their academic schedules. This is done through the web registration utility embedded in the RU Student Information System. Web Registration access requires the use of a PIN number which all students should have already secured from their advising centers earlier in the year. However, in the event that a student has forgotten or misplaced their PIN number, a reminder e-mail with PIN number data is sent to all continuing Undergraduate students a few days prior to the start of each semester. Graduate students will have received their PIN in their acceptance packets, but can be reminded of this by calling The Graduate College.

The schedule adjustment period for Spring 2009 is as follows:

Continuing Undergraduate Students
Monday– January 19 6:00 p.m. - midnight
Tuesday– January 20 Graduate students 7:00 a.m. - midnight Continuing Undergraduate Students 7:00 a.m. - midnight	Tues-Sun, January 20-25 7:00 a.m. - midnight

**Special Note: Inappropriate use or navigation of the on-line registration system will often result in unsuccessful registration or course adjustment attempts, and is solely the responsibility of the student. User error does not obligate the university to make any exceptions to policy or established deadlines. Consequently, it is highly recommended that all continuing UG students make adjustments to their schedules before the close of business on Friday, January 23.

Graduate Students

Continuous access until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2  (Census date)

 

New Students - Freshman and Transfer

New students wishing to make adjustments to their schedules must see the advising center of their college. The deadline for schedule changes for new students is Friday, January 23 at 5:00 p.m.
