| What is the difference between the proposal and the course syllabi? |
- The new course proposal is submitted to the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, with specific information used to have the course approved. The course syllabi is an abridged version of the proposal, that is easier to comprehend for someone who doesn't have access to the supporting documents.

| Why isn't my departments course syllabi out of date? |
- Many times the case is that the courses have not been evaluated.
- Other times a course syllabi has not been submitted.

| Our course proposal was approved why isn't the syllabi here? |
- Please be sure that the most current electronic copy of the course syllabi was provided to the Registrars Office.
- If one has been provided then contact the current Graduate Assistant to ensure they did receive the current copy.
- If many attempts have been made to submit a copy of the course syllabi then contact the IT specialist .

- We at the Registrars Office are trying to keep our documents uniform and in reference to the web are trying to create a standard policy. By adhering to these standards you will assist us in providing uniform information.

| Why is there no date or approval information listed on the syllabi? |
- Many times documents were and are submitted without all the required information. To make the syllabi available information is posted as is but is usually changed at a later date.

- Keeping the course syllabi information up-to-date is a joint effort between the individual departments and the IT Specialist to the Registrars Office
