A transcript is the
official record of a student’s
academic history. In accordance
with federal regulations, transcript
copies are only issued upon receipt of
a signed, written request by the student.
Transcripts may be
ordered in the following ways: |

a signed, written request by the student.
Information regarding transcript requests,
please click after you've read and
understood the following:
- There
is no charge and
you may request up to 10
copies at a time
- Processed
in the order in which they are received,
whether they are faxed, mailed, or
requested in our office
- Generally
processed within 5-7 working
days* from
the time of receipt, however, longer
processing time should be expected
during registration, graduation or
final grade processing
- May
be faxed to 540.831.6642 or mailed
to Radford University, Registrar’s
Office, P.O. Box 6904, Radford, VA
24142; telephone or e-mail requests
are not accepted
- Handwritten
requests must include the following
information:
- Mailed
via U.S. postal service or can be
picked up by the student (must present
a picture identification); we
do not have the capability to fax
transcripts to any destination or
use overnight delivery services
- A
block or hold on your record will
prevent transcript requests from
being processed; current students
can check for blocks online through
the Student
Information System

| National Student Clearinghouse
On-line Request |
Radford University
has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse
to provide transcript ordering via the
internet. To order an official transcript,
login to the Clearinghouse
secure site. You may request
up to 10 copies at a time. There is a $2.25 convenience
charge added to your transcript order
when you use this online service. This
service provides convenience in making
requests as well as viewing the status
of the request.
Transcripts will be
processed within 3* business
days from the time of receipt. However,
a longer processing time can be expected
during registration, graduation and
final grade processing.
