Proposal Submission Deadline:
November 10, 2003	To ensure Fall 2004 pre-registration availability and inclusion in the 2004-2005 undergraduate catalog. Proposals submitted after this deadline will continue to be reviewed. However, there is no guarantee that they will be processed in time for final approval by the VP of Academic Affairs, be available for pre-registration activity or be included in the UG catalog.
Catalog Review & Production:
December - February 2004	During this time frame as many as three (3) drafts of the UG catalog will be sent electronically to the College Deans for review. The Deans forward the appropriate sections of the catalog to their various department chairs.
March 2004	Final catalog draft sent to Publications.
May 2004	Catalog delivery date.
