Production Schedule for the 2004-2005 Undergraduate Catalog

Spring 2003 - October 2003	Curriculum proposals initiated by departments and submitted to College Curriculum Committees.
Late September, 2003	Proposals for changes to General Education due to the General Education Curriculum Advisory Committee.
November 10, 2003	Last day for College Curriculum Committees to submit proposals to the UGCCRC for pre-registration availability and inclusion in the 2004-2005 catalog. Note: Proposals submitted after this deadline may not be approved in time for inclusion in the 2004-2005 catalog; however, they will be included in the 2005-2006 catalog.
Early December, 2003	The last of the proposals submitted by November 10th and reviewed by the UGCCRC are forwarded to the Vice President for Academic Affairs for approval.
Early January, 2004	Catalog draft sent to deans, associate deans, department chairpersons, and college advising coordinators for review.
Mid-January, 2004	Department chairpersons and advising coordinators return draft to the Registrar's Office.
Late January, 2004	Second draft catalog copy sent to deans, associate deans, department chairpersons, and college advising coordinators for review.
Early February, 2004	Second draft returned to Registrar's Office.
Mid February, 2004	Submit final copy to deans and associate deans for approval.
Late February, 2004	Deans return copy to Registrar's Office.
March, 2004	RU Publication's Office reviews data, creates cover, and forwards to vendor for publishing.
May 2004	Catalog delivery date.
