Ensemble
The Radford University
Digital Ensemble varies in composition depending on the interests and
needs of the students enrolled in the course. The Center for Music Technology
maintains several electronic wind instruments (Yamaha WX11), a four-octave
mallet KAT keyboard percussion instrument, Zeta MIDI violin, pitch to
MIDI conversion hardware, MIDI drum trigger hardware, and Buchla "Lightning"
infrared MIDI baton controllers for use by the ensemble.
